We've had a couple of joint planning meetings, then split up along our SAP specialties. Danny, Katie and Stephanie have begun configuration after gathering the business requirements that relate to Sales and Distribution. Jon is solo with Finance models.
Om, Kalie and I are working on the Materials Management piece, having to do with production, warehousing and movement of goods.
This week we met with our "client counterparts" to make sure that we were clear on all of the necessary business requirements. We've completed mapping these to functionality in SAP and did some additional research. We've split up the actual configuration activities, so we're all involved in the MM prep processes. After we get all of the requirements configured, we'll test outcome scenarios.
Late next week, all seven of us will present our integrated solution to the "client," which will be represented by a board of USI senior leadership. No pressure.....
