And Just How Do We Handle Expenses?

Fortunately, the Lemon Tree takes major credit cards, so many of our meal expenses go right onto our business accounts. As you know from an earlier post, most other places require cash.

We have a very inexpensive lunch in the GREAT Deloitte cafeteria, and are hoping to expense that as well. BUT anywhere else, receipts of any description, especially meals, are difficult to come by.

Deloitte provides us with transportation to and from work, though it is a walkable distance. We also get use of a driver on the weekends for local excursions.

We use the regular Deloitte reporting tool, which automatically calculates the conversion to American dollars. After using both US and USI reporting envelopes, it's finally been determined that we'll use US envelopes.

So far, things seem to be going smoothly for us all, in this regard.
