I can't believe my dad just watched this show back in the States and sent me the link!
This coming weekend is our scheduled "cultural event." It will be a great opportunity to spend time with the coordinators of the Immersion Program. We'll be leaving on Friday, first for Delhi and then on to Jaipur. This shortened work week has been a little hectic. Even so, it's been difficult not to let the mind wander toward thoughts about what the trip will bring.
For instance, Andrew Zimmern is a pro at bizarre foods, whether at home or abroad. Sampling a little "street food" while on the tour, could be on the agenda. Oh my!
